15 Inspirational Kicks For Healthy Lifestyle

It is human that we try to understand our nature and the roots of our origins. However, it is also human to forget about these, from time to time. Let’s remind ourselves of the preciousness of our bodies and the importance of connecting our physical shells with the nobility of our inner selves….by reading the words of wise men.

  1. Hello, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues.
When I look at your blog in Opera, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it
has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up!
    Other then that, excellent blog!

    • Hi,

I can’t thank you more for nomination for the Liebster Award 🙂 I am very happy you enjoyed reading my blog and I hope you’ll always be happy to come back to my healthy lifestyle posts 🙂 yeeeey 🙂

    • Thank You very much 🙂 Yes, it’s important to be thankful for our health before it’s too late. I thank you for bringing great poetry reading for my afternoon 🙂

  2. Andrea,
Thanks for stopping by my blog Aspiring to Inspire and liking “Light of Healing.” I appreciate you taking the time. I also want to say your photographs and quotes are great! I look forward to more healthful ideas from you as I strive for a healthier lifestyle.

  3. Great post, but you forgot Mark Twain: “There are people who strictly deprive themselves of each and every eatable, drinkable, and smokable which has in any way acquired a shady reputation. They pay this price for health. And health is all they get for it.”

Also, Robert Benchley’s reply when told that drinking is a slow death: ”I am in no a rush.”

    • Hi,
thank you very much. You’re officially the first one to tell me here what inspire motto or quotes inspire you. Thanks and I will make sure that I wont’t forget to mention Mr.Twain and mr Benchley next time 🙂

  4. This is wonderful – both the quotes and the photos. I love the photo of the goldfish jumping out of the bowl. I guess I see it as what my hubby and I did when we went vegan. We jumped out of the norm and in so doing found our health and freedom. Thanks for sharing this, and thanks for following. Also, I’m curious, you’ve only been blogging for two months and have over 200 followers. What are you doing to grow so fast? Celeste:)

    • Hi Celeste,
I am very happy for you and your husband 🙂 As you beautifully said ….health gives you unlimited freedom and once you discover it….no chocolate on fast food can taste better than this 🙂 I am also surprised I managed to get such a high number of followers within 2 months and I am very thankful for everyone of them 🙂 Maybe it’s because I read a lot of blogs connected to healthy lifestyle …..and there are so many great and inspirational bloggers here including you 🙂 But your blog is amazing and I really enjoy reading it 🙂 It so beautifully structured and positive that I am sure that its positiveness will be still attracting more and more followers 🙂

  9. Very inspiring! Since I have diagnosed with type one diabetes, I have become more in touch with my body and health. From here on out I can only become more “at one” with my body.

    • Hi Paul,

I am very sorry for you being diagnosed with such an awful disease. But as you smartly said, I believe that when you connect with yourself and understand the healthy needs of your body, you will win over diabetes. I wish you all the luck in the world 🙂

  11. “True health care reform starts in your kitchen, not in Washington.” I love this. Very true. Thanks! I love the different thoughts.

  12. Ok, my favorite pictures is the one with the loan pine tree in the middle of a desolate wasteland, and also the plucky fish. The fish make me smile, and the tree makes me think of hope and tenacity. Kind of like those disaster movies where they hold on even when everyone else is giving up and yet they survive in the end. Good collection!

    • Hi Jenny,
you picked the best pictures, carrying big wisdoms 🙂 Yes, tree is a symbol of strength and endurance for me as well….shame that there are still less and less of them 😦 I am glad you liked my collection 🙂

  13. “To avoid sickness, eat less; to prolong life, worry less.” ~Weng Chu Hui

    Exactly.

Really inspirational quotes. Some good combination of quote and image as well!

    • Hi Kelvin,
thanks a lot for your positive comment 🙂 Actually once I started to search for the quotes….they start to appear quickly…:) Thanks a lot 🙂
      Have a Great Day
      Andrea 🙂

  14. Wow, thanks for posting. I am new to blogging and I just started my health and fitness blog and I am using quotes to inspire entries. I have a lot to draw from in one post 🙂 I’ll be sure to read some more

  15. Andrea, great blog. I like that you’ve tied food, well being and philosophy together in this post — the three are certainly interconnected. Thanks for sharing your insight and please keep writing!

    • Hi,
thank you very much for your positive comment :)Yes, I always believed that these three things can easily link with each other 🙂
Thanks and I look forward to be your next follower 🙂
