my name is Andrea and I am a one lucky soul, that you’ve decided to give a click on my site: Health is From Heaven – Don’t dig your grave with your own knife and fork. I am no nutrition master, nor experienced trainer, but as most of you who decided to visit these pages, I am doing the best I can to learn to live a healthy life. Some days are easy, some days are difficult, but in both cases, I keep reminding myself of the higher purpose we’re all fighting for. This purpose is to have a healthy body that can carry us through our life journey, and a calm mind that will stay connected to the source.
